I recently "claimed" this old globe from my parents house where it was standing behind some of those wooden ducks and, in my mind, not being appriciated.
Its actually a light and it has found a new home in my desk... its beautiful and it glows! While im on the phone i am also learning where places like Togo and Upper Volto REALLY are... i love old maps and want a big one framed!
