Apartment at the sea

This was a quick renovation for a 2-bedroom apartment with the most beautiful sea-views in Cape Town. The idea was to do a cost-effective "face-lift", adding simple details to create a space that could be let on an Air B&B basis. I wanted to maximize space and light, by keeping finishes light, bright and classic. I used vinyl floors, so that these could be taken into bathrooms, I kept tiles classic and white and used a screen between the master bathroom and bedroom to create a space illusion too. The project is ongoing.
