A weekend away

I have just got back from the most magical weekend in the Bush. We saw Rhino and Lions, Leopards and baby Elephants, and once again, I am completely revitalised by the transporting wonderfulness that 3 nights hearing the sounds of the African night can instil in one. I drew and snapped pictures. I had a snooze on a stoep while monkeys played in the trees, R and I chatted for hours, ate far too much and were completely spoilt by the luxuries that game drives and trackers create through their knowledge of the wonderful surrounds from tracks to stars.
