Seeking Simple

This is a home in Melbourne, Australia, designed by Leeton Pointon Architects. It really appealed to me today because of it's simplicity. All of a sudden I'm feeling like I'm "not-on-top" of it all and so, the simple lines and clean interiors of the space , I felt reminded me of what I was missing so much. 

I love the timber clad walls, and the concrete off-shutter that has obtained the timber panelling effect from the shuttering it was cast in- beautiful. The spiral staircase is also a beautiful sculptural element that is viewed from various points in the home.

 A neutral palette for a bedroom and bathroom- always a favourite of mine.
