Road Trip Weekend

And it's Friday- really, one cant complain about a long week, yesterday was Youth Day in South Africa and so this week has been rather short. What I am excited about, is making the most of this weekend! So R and I are taking a little roadtrip... We are visting the beautiful Cederburg spending a night there and then meandering back down to Franschoek so I can get my "dose" of my favourite "little town-just-outside-Cape-Town"... so here is my Friday List, Im off to pack my bag and camera and enjoy this winter weekend!

This weekend I want to:

• Take Loads of pictures ("have new eyes")
• Enjoy the drive and take it slowely ( lots of pad-stal stops, my favourite)
• Dress snug and warm in a huge jersey and boots
• We are staying at KaggaKamma- very excited!
• Be quiet and breath in the Fresh, cold, crisp Cederburg air
• Visit the "Observatory" , apparently its a beautiful clear night tonight
• Take a long walk in the mountains and breath!
• Sip a glasss of Sparkling Wine in Franschoek
• Visit a old wine-farm I havent visited before ( watch this space)
• Eat well, laugh lots and talk about interesting things we find...
