Knitted Decor

Last night i enjoyed a cup of tea in bed, as well as few blocks of whole nut chocolate ( my favourite) and did what i love doing, peruse some of the Blogs that keep me inspired.

Amongst so many things, I found a feature in Elle Decoration, of a hand knitted sofa cover, by Biscuit scout, knitted in real cable knit, that my Gran used to knit when we were small. We all had matching jerseys just like the one this couch is wearing now ( all being, my 3 sisters, my dad and my Gran's Maltese poodle). So the chair made me smile, and it would have really completed that family photo of us all in the "cable knit"... I'm not sure i love the couch, but the ottoman is different, and the sink in neutral couch behind it is lovely too, I think the knit Ottoman could add a really cool different texture to a family area space.
