... A French Pilgrimage

More even then Morocco, I would love to have a week( or two), where i was given the opportunity and endless cash flow to scour the French Antique markets in tiny, un-tourist-trodden villages. I imagine myself to be in a large hat, and have a big basket filled with antique linen, plates, silverware and beautiful finds, sipping on a glass of "organic" french wine, that had been handed to me by the maker and in this dream i even speak French!
Last night- in a sudden need to cook, i once again paged through the cook book "Sumptuous", (above) by Marlene Van Der Westhiuzen. I pour over not only her recipes, but her images and her opportunity to capture these little French markets on her travels there.
This inspires me so much and i need to find away to make this Personal-Antique-Pilgrimage a reality!
I love markets, and when in Barcelona i have spent hours photographing their beautiful packed stands of vegetables and produce.... last night i thought i should i share...
